Jasmine had an operation to have a skin cancer growth on her back cut out to prevent it spreading, the day before she flew back to NZ. Following her doctor’s instructions she knew that she should not do any lifting as that would put pressure on her back that may pull open the stitches in her back.
She had no family in Brisbane and was staying with a couple who were unable to drive her to the airport and help her check-in. She had family in NZ that were going to meet her on arrival in NZ. Jasmine called her Daisy in Brisbane and explained what she needed. She was delighted with our service and felt relieved that we could lift her luggage and help her safely right onto her flight home.

This is brilliant. I am fit but needed a simple hospital procedure under anaesthesia which meant I had to be picked up and taken home. Someone reliable, trustworthy who understood the hospital system, familiar with the hospital etc, not wanting friends to fuss. This service is exactly what I was looking for.
