Hi, we are Cathy Novikov and Philip Paradiso and we are excited to be the proud owners of Driving Miss Daisy Modbury. We have spent the majority of our lives, being local to the area and are passionate about supporting our community members independence and lifestyle choices. Cathy has a background in government transportation, aged care and social work. Phil has over 30 years’ experience within the IT industry, and a wealth of knowledge in business management. We are both eager to serve our community by providing a dependable and friendly companion service. Our personalised care and attention to detail will make sure every journey is safe, comfortable and stress free.

We are deeply passionate about enhancing the independence of seniors and people with disabilities, and we are proud to offer a service that goes beyond just driving. We recognise that being older or living with a disability can have its challenges, navigating through the community and that’s why we are here to help. We go at your pace and tailor our services to suit everyone individually.

We can take you to your appointments or local shops, even help you with finding specials on your weekly shopping, and after we have driven you home, help you unpack your groceries as well. We greet you at your door with a trusty umbrella if it is raining or just too hot. Then we assist you in whatever way you need, until you are safely home again.

Our mission is to assist individuals in sustaining their independence and ease the feeling of loneliness through companionship and maintain connection to family, friends and the community.

For your peace of mind, we are vetted by the Australian Police, are First Aid, Friends of Dementia and Hidden Disabilites trained, approved for Working with Children, and hold all the required Small Passenger Vehicle Licenses and special rideshare insurance.

We recognise that being older or living with a disability does have some limitations but does not mean our passengers are expecting a less-fulfilled life! Join us soon to see why we, at Driving Miss Daisy Modbury, have the goal to enable your own independence.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
