Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy East Geelong! I am Nilu Dean, the proud owner of this esteemed service. Having resided in Geelong for over fifteen years, I have embraced the vibrant community and made it my own. With a decade of experience in Aged Care and more than two years working with the disability community, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my role.

My extensive background in Aged Care facilities and Disability Services has equipped me with the skills and understanding necessary to provide a personalised and supportive approach to transportation. At Driving Miss Daisy East Geelong, my mission is to help you live your best life by ensuring you reach your desired destinations safely and comfortably.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
