My name is Matthew and I feel lucky to say I've been a Forestville resident for twenty years. After a long career in the corporate world, in customer facing, relationship management roles, I'm really excited to offer this valuable - and needed - service to our community.

We're here to enable you, or your loved one, to maintain independence and stay connected to family, friends and our community.

Whether it's a medical appointment, getting to work or volunteering, trips to the hairdresser, coffee with friends, doing the shopping - or a day trip & picnic at a favourite place - no request is too big or too small. (And remember, we're service animal and pet friendly).

Every service we provide is pre-quoted, there are no hidden or extra costs. Unlike typical kerb to kerb providers like taxis we always offer that bit of extra consideration and time. We'll collect you from your door, take you wherever you need to go, be your companion while you do whatever you want or need to do, before returning you safely to your door.

For your peace of mind all our Companion Drivers hold national police checks, working with children checks (WWCC), have current first aid and CPR training and undertake Friends of Dementia and Hidden Disabilities training. All drivers and vehicles hold all relevant NSW accreditations and registrations and appropriate insurances. The Driving Miss Daisy network ensures all franchise owners deliver our service in accordance with detailed operations manuals and stringent safety standards. They also encourage every Daisy Companion to make a meaningful difference on every journey.

Driving Miss Daisy Frenchs Forest is committed to providing high quality care and support to meet your needs. We value your feedback – including compliments, recommendations and complaints.

The purpose of this form is to collect information and, if requested, respond to you.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
