Welcome to Driving Miss Daisy Grafton. Kris and Courtney are delighted to bring this caring companion driving service to our community. Our mission is to enrich the lives of people of all ages and abilities—elderly, young, differently abled, or anyone who simply needs a helping hand, by making it easier to enjoy the activities and moments that brighten your day while supporting your independence. We provide a safe, reliable, and friendly service that offers far more than transportation.
Our service is different from taxis and kerb‑to‑kerb rideshare options. We offer personalised support from the moment we greet you at your door to the moment you’re safely back inside. We can help you or a loved one get to appointments or attend the Council or other NSW services, visit family, shop for groceries, attend special events, reconnect with the beach or countryside, or meet any individual need.
If you’d like company during an appointment or event, help unpacking groceries, filling out forms, assistance taking your pet to the vet, or simply someone to share a cuppa with, we’ll be your trusted companion and ensure you arrive home safely. We can help you return to the activities you love. If you once enjoyed golf and now need transport and someone to help carry your clubs, or if you’d like to enjoy a swim and feel more comfortable with support, we’re here to help. We can also organise group outings for friends wanting a special lunch or a picnic in one of our beautiful national parks.
We travel far beyond the local Grafton area. We provide supportive train and airport transfers, including help with luggage, check‑in, and getting you to your gate. If a loved one struggles to travel alone, we can accompany them to the plane so they can visit you with confidence. We can also arrange for a Daisy to meet them at the other end.
If you prefer not to rely on family or friends for transport, we can be your dependable support person—giving you freedom and choice. For your peace of mind, all Driving Miss Daisy franchise owners and drivers hold National Police Checks, Working With Children Checks, First Aid and CPR certification, Friends of Dementia training, Hidden Disabilities training, Small Passenger Vehicle Licences, and all required state accreditations and insurances. Driving Miss Daisy also maintains strong operational and safety standards, including COVID‑safe practices.

"We have only just become aware of Driving Miss Daisy Grafton and I can heartily recommend them for their kind, caring, professional service. They were able to bring my husband home from hospital last Friday with only 20 minutes notice. Kris rang me when they were leaving, so I could meet him at our lift. Kris took us up to Hospital in The Home headquarters to have his picline removed this afternoon.They tend to go that extra mile to ensure your safety too. I almost had a nasty fall up at the hospital this afternoon. Kris was so vigilant and grabbed me. I was helping my husband down the kerb and gutter. I put my foot on a very large gap and started falling backwards. We would heartily refer them to anyone who needs a ride to and from any place in comfort and safety. This service offers our town of Grafton another string to it's transport bow, which has been needed for a long time. Thank you from two very grateful new clients folks."
