Hi, I’m Ben Jackson, and I’m excited to be the proud owner of Driving Miss Daisy Mount Barker! We service Mount Barker, Strathalbyn, and surrounding areas. My passion for supporting individuals in need of transportation, particularly those in the disability and aged care sectors, drives everything I do.

With years of experience working in transport and providing care to elderly and disabled individuals, I’m committed to offering a service that not only meets the practical needs of my clients but also makes them feel valued and respected.

Before taking the leap into owning a Driving Miss Daisy franchise, I spent considerable time working in both the community transport industry and the disability and aged care fields. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face when it comes to mobility, and it’s my mission to make life a little easier and more enjoyable for those who require assistance. Whether it’s a trip to the doctor, a shopping run, or a social outing, I make sure every ride is safe, comfortable, and stress-free.

I am deeply passionate about enhancing the independence of seniors and people with disabilities, and I’m proud to offer a service that goes beyond just driving—offering companionship, assistance, and peace of mind along the way.

After you submit your feedback, it will be forwarded to your local Driving Miss Daisy and, unless you have elected to remain anonymous, we will use your email address so that:

You will receive an auto-reply email confirmation.
Within 5 working days, a personalised email will be sent to you acknowledging your compliment, general feedback or complaint and giving more information about what will happen next.
We will aim to provide you an outcome of the investigations within 45 days unless that time is extended to collect information from others.

If your matter is complex it might take longer to provide you with an outcome. If this is the case, an interim response may be provided to you. If you did not provide an email address, we will attempt to contact you using the other feedback information you have given to us.
